Doctor Kishkin is one of the leading Russian surgeons in the field of laser refractive surgery. Candidate of Medical Sciences, doctor of the highest category. For 26 years he worked in the Moscow Academy of Sciences «Microsurgery of the eye» named after the academician S.N. Fedorov in Moscow.
